Everything we sell we make ourselves in our bakery and kitchen.
We source all our ingredients from local suppliers and our organic flour from Shipton Mill.
Our bakery in Longford Park produces all our cakes, scones, biscuits and homemade chocolates. Plus our own seasonal jams, marmalades, curds, compotes and breakfast cereals.
Our sourdough loaves, focaccia and ciabatta are made by hand using only Shipton Mill organic flour. The sourdough makes the best toast you’ll ever eat.

Our seasonal menu changes weekly and our soups and slow cooks are made fresh from scratch everyday. We garnish each carefully to create complex flavour combinations.
We are a true independent coffee shop. Our main roaster is Square Mile and our leaf teas from J Atkinsons of Lancaster.
Some things just have to be fresh - for instance the humble scone. Straight from the oven. Wonderful with cream or butter and homemade jam.
Our kitchen is located at Manchester Science Park and the ovens are very rarely empty.
We deliver to all our locations directly from the kitchen and we pride ourselves
on excellent produce.
