Everything we sell we make ourselves in our bakery and kitchen. 

We source all our ingredients from local suppliers and our organic flour from Shipton Mill.

Cakes, bakes
& treats

Our bakery in Longford Park produces all our cakes, scones, biscuits and homemade chocolates. Plus  our own seasonal jams, marmalades, curds, compotes and breakfast cereals. 

Sourdough
& bread

Our sourdough loaves, focaccia and ciabatta are made by hand using only Shipton Mill organic flour. The sourdough makes the best toast you’ll ever eat.

Soups, roasts
& hot dishes

Our seasonal menu changes weekly and our soups and slow cooks are made fresh from scratch everyday. We garnish each carefully to create complex flavour combinations. 


We are a true independent coffee shop. Our main roaster is Square Mile and our leaf teas from J Atkinsons of Lancaster.


Some things just have to be fresh - for instance the humble scone. Straight from the oven. Wonderful with cream or butter and homemade jam. 

Our kitchen is located at Manchester Science Park and the ovens are very rarely empty.
We deliver to all our locations directly from the kitchen and we pride ourselves
on excellent produce.


The perfect location for coffee and cake.

 

Beautiful Longford Park is situated on the border of Stretford, Chorlton and Firswood.  Our café here has a stunning location under the trees, opposite the playground and pet zoo with a large outside seating area making it hugely popular with families.  It is also the location of our bakery where we make all the bread, cakes and other sweet treats for all our cafes.  Customers can watch the produce being baked within the café, which is particularly popular with children, and makes the café smell amazing.  Items like scones will take less than 20 minutes from being put in the oven to being on your plate served warm with some clotted cream and our homemade jam.  

We are very proud of the bread and cakes made here.
